SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with In-Gate Goods & Apparel! Because every item in our store is made to order, please read through our shipping policy so you know what to expect.

MADE TO ORDER
All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our trusted production partners. This means your order is created specifically for you after you place it — we don't hold inventory. As a result, please allow extra time for production before your order ships.

PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days of being placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take up to 7 business days. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 3–7 business days transit / 5–12 business days total
Canada: 5–10 business days transit / 7–15 business days total
International: 10–20 business days transit / 12–25 business days total

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or events outside our control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or a local carrier depending on your location and which production partner fulfills your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — DUTIES & CUSTOMS
International shipments (including Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We are unable to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
Because we use multiple production partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once an order has entered production. In-Gate Goods & Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking information shows your order has not moved in more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please reach out to us at the contact page and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
